This privacy policy applies to the Unblur Photo - Imgio app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Bilal Arslan (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
The Application does not collect precise location data.
The Application processes user-uploaded content that may include face data (i.e., photographs in which a person's face is visible). Where your photo includes a face, the pixels depicting that face constitute the face data we process.
The Application does NOT collect, extract, or store biometric identifiers such as facial recognition data, facial geometry, or faceprints.
Face data is used solely to provide requested features, including:
Face data is never used for identification, tracking, profiling, or biometric analysis.
To provide AI-powered features, the Application may transmit face data (contained in your user-uploaded photos) to third-party AI services for processing.
Face data is sent to Fal.ai only to perform the specific enhancement or effect you request. Further use of face data by Fal.ai is limited by our instructions and by Fal.ai's published terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.
The Application uses trusted third-party services for storage, processing, and functionality:
Why we store and share face data: We store and transmit face data only as necessary to run the in-app features you ask for (e.g., enhancement, retouching, effects), to hold content briefly while processing completes, and to comply with account or legal obligations if applicable. We do not use face data to identify you or build profiles.
Third parties and whether they store face data: Cloudflare and Fal.ai may process face data on our behalf as sub-processors. We contract for processing consistent with this policy. Whether each provider retains a copy of face data and for how long is governed by their own policies; we use providers that limit retention to operational needs. You should review Cloudflare and Fal.ai privacy policies (linked above) for their current practices, including any retention of inputs used for service delivery. RevenueCat does not receive your photos or face data; it handles purchase metadata only.
These service providers are instructed to use face data only to provide the processing we request, subject to their terms and this policy.

Face data (as part of your uploaded and server-generated results) is retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. We do not retain face data indefinitely. This period allows processing, retries, support-related recovery where needed, and operational consistency; it is not kept longer for identification or marketing purposes. The same 30-day maximum applies to our copy of content on Cloudflare R2. Processing partners such as Fal.ai are expected to follow their published retention rules; we have configured the service to align with time-limited processing and you may confirm details in Fal.ai's policy.

The Service Provider stores and protects Personal Information against unauthorized access according to internal terms and regulations.
The Service Provider retains face data (within uploaded and generated content) for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of changes.
